Refund and Returns Policy

If you would like to amend or cancel your wine order, please contact us on 0416 305 842 or email your enquiry to hello@valleeduvenom.com.au. To obtain a refund or exchange your order, proof of purchase must be provided and products must be in their original condition and packaging. Any refund or exchange request must be received within 30-days of receiving your order.

Damaged or faulty orders may be refunded or exchanged upon presentation of your proof of purchase and in consultation with Vallée du Venom. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, we will cover the cost of shipping to return the products.

Shipping Policy

AUSTRALIA

For orders to Western Australia (all regions) delivery is charged at $10 per case (6 or 12 bottles) and $20 to all other states

INTERNATIONAL

Delivery charges to international addresses will be assessed and costs provided to the customer prior to dispatch.

TRACKING

Vallée du Venom utilise Australia Post eParcel as our primary delivery partner. An e-mail will be sent to you after we have dispatched your order that will contain your eParcel tracking number. You can access the Australia Post website (http://auspost.com.au/track) which will provide an estimate of the delivery date. Australia post reserve the right to leave an Article Awaiting card if the order is delivered and a) nobody is home and the order cannot be left unattended safely or b) the receiving person is not 18 years old or cannot provide proof of age.
